Official Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Hall of Fame Real Estate Listing Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Hall of Fame Real Estate (“Sponsor” or “HOF”).

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on May 20, 2026 at 11:59 AM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The winner will be selected live at random on May 20, 2026.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

  • Hold an active New Jersey real estate license in good standing at the time of entry and at the time of prize fulfillment.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising partners, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win where prohibited by law.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Any entry submitted by a person who does not meet all eligibility requirements shall be deemed void.

3. How to Enter

Entry into the Sweepstakes is completely free.

To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following during the Sweepstakes Period:

  1. Like the official Sweepstakes post;

  2. Follow @santinilancioni and @hof_realestate official social media accounts;

  3. Tag two (2) realtors in the comments section of the Sweepstakes post.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Automated entries, duplicate entries, fraudulent entries, or entries submitted through bots or other unauthorized methods are prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Prize Description

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

  • A qualified real estate listing opportunity valued at approximately $550,000, and

  • A commission opportunity equal to 2% of the final sale price, subject to closing and all applicable brokerage and licensing requirements.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will vary based on final transaction value.

Sponsor does not guarantee the successful closing of any transaction and reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be announced on May 20, 2026 via Instagram from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message immediately following the drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, residency, age, and active New Jersey real estate licensure before receiving the prize.

If the selected winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within 24 hours,

  • fails to provide requested verification,

  • or is found ineligible,

Sponsor may disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.

6. Taxes and Financial Responsibility

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize, including any taxes owed on earned commission income.

Sponsor makes no representations regarding the tax consequences of accepting the prize. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor.

7. Publicity Release

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use entrant’s name, likeness, image, voice, social media handle, city/state of residence, and any submitted content for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, or consent.

8. Disqualification and Void Entries

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • violates these Terms and Conditions;

  • tampers with the entry process;

  • provides false or misleading information;

  • engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct;

  • or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the Sweepstakes.

Entries that do not fully comply with all entry requirements shall be void.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, social media platforms, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, or misdirected entries;

  • technical failures of any kind;

  • unauthorized human intervention;

  • or any errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that:

  • Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;

  • Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, if any, and under no circumstances shall entrant be entitled to attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, consequential damages, or any other indirect damages;

  • The Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal actions arising from this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in New Jersey.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

By participating, entrants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to the Sweepstakes.
